A Whole Lot of Heart = Love with all your heart. Lead with all your heart. Give with all your heart. It is a beautiful thing that cannot be touched, but rather felt with all of your heart. 


Leaders have to “have a heart” if they want people to listen to them. It’s not enough to simply “know stuff.” You have to show people that you care if you want to connect with them. Don’t just have a heart but also be willing to share your heart.
