REJUVENATE
Let me share a little secret with you, if you love what you do, you will feel more lively than ever before! Start each day with good habits such as a positive mindset and lots of rest. You need to take time to renew yourself so you can be the best version of yourself.

How Do You Power Up?
Being a leader takes an immense amount of energy—which means your batteries will need to be recharged from time-to-time. Whatever it is that refreshes you—rejuvenates you—be sure to do those things. Don’t run on an empty tank—a broken-down leader is no good to anyone.

Strength in Stillness
Can you sit still—unmoving, simply reflecting—for just five minutes? We are bogged down with distractions nowadays—emails, text messages, social media, kids, bills, life—constantly trying to follow whatever new trend can twist our attention for a moment. But there is great strength in allowing yourself to just be still.
