He is known for his expressive sculptures — most famously “The Thinker,” completed in 1904. Rodin spent long hours carefully crafting his creations from bronze and marble. Patience may be a virtue, but it's a difficult one to cultivate — especially in a world that is moving ever-faster. Yet with this quote, Enlightenment-era philosopher Jean-Jacques Rousseau reminds us that patience also comes with great rewards. Such rewards are never instant, but can increase over time, like an investment that must be allowed to mature. Research suggests that people who cultivate patience experience better mental and even physical health, and have happier relationships with others over the course of their lives.

Praise in Public, Admonish in Private
https://youtu.be/rp9rIvVsLbg
Praise In Public = Patience is not being patient with poor performance, it is being patient with how we handle poor performance. Leaders need to hold people accountable and have difficult conversations, but it is important to give praise in public, and admonish in private. How can you become a more loving servant leader? Be more patient!

Patience

We All Have a Weakness = What is the word in your life you need to work on? Take some time to think about how that might be affecting yourself or others around you, and if it is something you need to learn to live with or work with.

What Needs Your Attention Today?
Trim Away Distractions = When we are dedicated, we are committed. This means we may have to let some things go in order to focus-in on a priority. This can be difficult with all of life’s demands and distractions … But to accomplish things that truly matter, you have to be willing to dedicate yourself. What do you need to dedicate yourself to today?

I Can Count on You!
The best compliment you could ever receive, is that someone else can count on you. Being able to be counted on, dependable, reliable, consistent, these are all admirable qualities that speak to your level of dedication. When you are dedicated to a job, a task, a relationship, or anything else in life, you will become the type of person others can count on.

Your Habits Equal Your Quality of Life
https://youtu.be/SrUyEq0MjLs
Improve Your Life With Good Habits - In James Clear’s book Atomic Habits, he teaches us how to cultivate good habits. One of the things he teaches is that once you create good habits in your life, your life automatically improves. Build your habits based on your identity and who you are for best results.

Should we make a habit of it or not? We all have habits—habits are the things that we do without thinking. Some habits are good, and some are bad. But while they all come to us naturally, we should make an effort to be aware of them.

https://youtu.be/GlZmfzNwCrw
Relinquish Your Power = George Washington relinquished his power when he decided not to be king. He wasn’t willing to allow power to corrupt his character. Great leaders leverage their power for the sake of others, and at some point, they relinquish their power.
As a customer, you can leverage your power by thanking those who serve you. By doing this, you relinquish your power for the good of others through encouragement. You become a powerful voice in another’s life. As a leader, look for ways to relinquish and release your power for the sake of those around you.

Words are an essential part of communication and leadership. This video will help you gain insight on a different word every single day, add value and make a difference in your life.
