Are You Thinking About Your Thinking?
Think About Your Thinking = Think about your thinking. Be alert and understand that your thinking is leading you somewhere. Mindfulness leads to the questions: Are your thoughts serving you well and leading you where you want to go? Should you discard certain thoughts?
When you are mindful, you gain an understanding of how your thoughts help or hurt you. Write down your thoughts, cross through the ones that aren’t helping you, and circle the ones that are helping you. Be more mindful today!

To Be Mindful Is To Be Intentional= A mindful person is thoughtful. They think of others, think of the big picture, and live by their thoughts, not by emotions. They have depth and can stimulate the intellectual capacity of others. What can you be mindful about today? Allow your mindfulness to maximize your experience.

https://youtu.be/JOJ_GjhDGdI

Maximize the Experience = The key is to surround yourself with people who are constantly thinking. These people will inspire you, encourage you, and intentionally make you better. Remember, it's always a good thing to be mindful.

English novelist Phyllis Dorothy James, writing as P.D. James, introduced Scotland Yard detective Adam Dalgliesh in her 1962 debut novel “Cover Her Face.” This insightful observation by a secondary character comes at the end of “The Private Patient,” the 14th and final novel in James’ popular series, published nearly half a century later in 2008. The full quote notes that it takes wisdom to determine what you want, “and then to direct all your energies towards getting it.” James could very well have been reflecting on her own lengthy career as a successful novelist when she penned this scene, which offers the reminder that achieving a happy life requires both thoughtful contemplation and focused, sustained action.

Desire is everything—it can literally overcome any circumstance, obstacle or hindrance in your way. People with desire—with passion—have already succeeded before they even begin—because they never considered that their dream, no matter its magnitude, cannot be accomplished

Are You Acting With Direction?
One Step At A Time = The path to success is having good direction in your life. Just because you are moving doesn’t mean you are moving the right direction. Once we identify what is important in our life, and establish our goals, we can determine the direction we should go … One step at a time. What is important in your life? Are you heading in the right direction?

If You Don’t Know Where You’re Going, How Will You Know When You Get There?
https://youtu.be/cJJhlfGKO3Q
Ask For Directions = People are thrilled to help and share their knowledge when others ask for directions. There is something wonderful about giving directions and something humbling about asking for them. If you don’t know where you are going, when you get there, how will you know where you are?

https://youtu.be/2jgqCLw_X94
Don't Just Give Directions—Walk With Others = People lack direction—walk with them. If you want to help a person, you don't just give them directions, instead you take the journey with them. Exceed their expectations and walk along the journey with them.
