Learn, Listen, and Understand | MWM
Listen And Learn = Everyone has some dysfunction in their life. When you allow another person to walk into your life and help you become aware of a dysfunction, it helps you overcome it. Others can show us our dysfunction—our blind spots. We need to be open to learn, listen, and understand instead of becoming defensive. We all have personal hurdles to overcome, but we can improve and change. Don’t let the ‘dys’ in ‘dysfunction’ keep you from functioning effectively.

Take the ‘Diss’ Out of Dysfunction
Dysfunction affects all of us—there is no shame in having “blind spots.” Rather than taking offense when someone with our best interest in mind points out these “malfunctions,” we should use this as a learning opportunity. By becoming self-aware—and thereby fully functional—we can rise above our circumstances to achieve great things!
