Compliment Others = People want to feel special, so compliment them. In the first 30 seconds of meeting someone, say something positive about them, to them, and say it in front of their friends. Complimenting others is the best way to make others feel like they are special.
How To Magnify A Compliment = People want to feel special, so compliment them. When you meet a person, the first thing you want to do is to say something positive about them. And if you really want to compliment them, say it in front of their friends. That magnifies and compounds that compliment, because you are not only saying it to that person, you are saying it to those that are important to that individual.

From Leader-Follower to Leader-Leader
In this episode, Chris Goede and Perry Holley explore the shift from a leader-follower dynamic to a leader-leader dynamic. They draw inspiration from Captain David Marquet's experience as captain of the USS Santa Fe, a nuclear submarine in the Navy. The discussion emphasizes the importance of cultivating a culture of leadership and creating an environment where team members think and act like leaders, regardless of their titles. They also delve into strategies for empowering and encouraging team members to embrace innovation and share their voices while fostering a mindset of continuous improvement. Throughout the conversation, they underscore the concept of leadership as influence, highlighting the need for leaders to develop and uplift individuals within their teams.
