What Must You be Bold About?
Step Out And Speak Up! = People who are bold, step out and speak up exuding confidence. We admire a person who is bold and willing to back up what they stand for. Boldness comes out of convictions that we hold dear to our hearts. Step out and be bold about something today. This is your day!

BOLDNESS
Sometimes, it’s necessary to sit down, soak it all in, and take a moment to stop and think. But when the time comes to stand up, what makes some move forward boldly while others back down? The difference is in one’s passion—what are you passionate about?

Take the Next Step... = Get comfortable, outside of your comfort zone. Move in new places, try new things, and be bold.

A person taking a stand is not easily missed—we are drawn to boldness, to people exhibiting courage. We all desire to be courageous, to be bold. What battle are you presently facing that requires boldness? Find your courage, take a stand and create a beautiful statement.

Trust is Earned in the Small Things | MWM
Trust is earned in the small things = When your team trusts you, they will follow your example because people don't follow titles, they follow trust. Trust is earned in the small things every day. As a leader, what small things can you do today, to build trust with your team?

MWM | TRUST
High Performance Begins With Trust = Trust is at the core of a high performance leadership culture. Communication breaks down and performance lags when there is not trust in an organization. Great leaders build relationships that are grounded in trust. They invest time in their people, and their teams perform at their best because they feel supported and empowered. Building trust starts with showing that you are invested in the success of others.

How Do Your People See You? | MWM
Live A Life That Matches Your Vision = In his book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, John Maxwell discusses the Law of Buy-in, which says that people buy-in to the leader then the vision. Leaders cast vision. If people have bought-in to you as a leader, they will buy-in to you as the visionary. People see you before the vision, so you must match your vision. Live the life, go the way, and show the way, because you know the way.

The Foundation of Leadership | MWM Solid Ground
Earning Trust Is Essential = In his book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, John Maxwell discusses the Law of Solid Ground, which says that trust is the foundation of leadership. Trust is vital in all relationships. Once people can trust you and feel safe with you, they are ready to let you lead them. Earn people’s trust by respecting them, putting their interests at the top of your agenda, and doing the right things for the right reasons. If you earn trust, you will become a leader that people want to follow.

This is What Trust in Your Team Looks Like
Show Confidence In Others = One of the 7 words of love from Joel Manby’s book, Love Worksis Trusting—a very powerful leadership principle. The definition of trusting is to show confidence in someone. Three things to think about if you want to be more trusting and show confidence in the people you lead are …
  1. Give others clarity: Without clarity there is cruelty. Be clear on what success looks like, and what the expectations are.
  2. Show empowerment: What is the worst thing that can happen here, and can you live with it? Let others make mistakes they will learn from.
  3. Always ask questions: Don’t give all the answers.

You will be a better servant leader if you learn to trust and put confidence in the people you lead. Learn more about the 7 Timeless Principles For Effective Leaders in Love Works

God Is In Everything—Trust Him = God knows what's best for your life, and His ways are higher than yours, so you have to have faith and trust that He is going to take care of you. Have faith, obey Him. If you obey Him, you will see His hand in everything—if you cannot trace His hand, you can always trust His heart.

Build Trust | MWM
The Foundation = The foundation of your relationship - consistently staying true to yourself, being honest, and sticking to your word. Building trust and maintaining it will open up a world of possibilities.

Live by These Three Things... = Start within you - then naturally, you will believe in others. Build yourself up, lead with affirmations, and believe in them every single day!

MWM | THE HIDDEN ACCELERATOR
Relationships Are The Hidden Accelerator To Success = In Chris' new book, From Drift to Drive, he discusses relationships—the hidden accelerator. Everything we do in life requires relationships. If you want to grow and go to the next level, you need people who are going to push you forward. Because of this, you need to be intentional about who gets your time and energy.

Be the Rising Tide | MWM
Lift Up Others = The goal in any relationship should be to make the other person feel more important. The relationships in our lives are gifts, and it is our responsibility to steward them. Lift up the people in your relationships, and make the relationships around you better.

Do You Add Value or Take it Away? | MWM
Connect With Others = Relationships—how we connect with others—are key in our success. Relationships have the power to resolve the negatives in our lives. Are you a plus or a minus? Do you add value to others or take value away? If you want to do well with people, add value to them. That is what relationships are all about.

https://youtu.be/SIzWgdGpzoY
Be Someone's Confidence = Many people we come across in life are insecure, and we want to help give them confidence. Being secure and confident in yourself is an asset in helping other people. When you can convey this to others, you can pass it on, and others can experience that security when they are around you, thus further growing and developing a solid relationship with them.

https://youtu.be/FJfdr6LXI_Y
Compliment Others = People want to feel special, so compliment them. In the first 30 seconds of meeting someone, say something positive about them, to them, and say it in front of their friends. Complimenting others is the best way to make others feel like they are special.

Be The Hope = People want a bright future, so give them hope. Whoever you come into contact with, you want to be able to express to them something positive that is in their life or that can happen in their life. We see what we look for—so help people look for hope.

https://youtu.be/Z453IOFOr6w
Listen and Understand = People need to be understood. There is nothing that makes someone feel understood like another person quietly listening to them. Listen to people, don't talk and interrupt them—let others speak and be heard. If you want to feel understood and known, find someone to listen to you.

https://youtu.be/2jgqCLw_X94
Don't Just Give Directions—Walk With Others = People lack direction—walk with them. If you want to help a person, you don't just give them directions, instead you take the journey with them. Exceed their expectations and walk along the journey with them.

Connect With Others = People are selfish, so if you really want to be able to help someone, you need to speak to their needs first. By listening to people and letting them talk it out, you can then talk to them—not correct them or change them—by letting them know you know how they feel. Connect with others on their ground.

How to Help Others Win Big | MWM
Help Others Win = We all want to win, but most people do not win on a consistent basis. We don't want to continually lose our way to success, we need wins and victories under our belt to keep us going. Success is all about several wins and steps taken, and you step your way up to success. Do what you can to help people get little wins under their belt.
How To Help Others Win Big = People want success, so help them win. Most people don't win on a consistent basis, and because of that their self image and confidence goes down. Things that they could do. they don't do. The person they could become, they don't become. You've got to get some wins under your belt. Success is all about several steps, and several wins.

======================

https://youtu.be/kBBEqjTwdwM
Connect, Be Relatable = The ability to get along with people and relate to them is a key part in being successful. By learning to connect with people and relate with people your life will be able to reach its full potential. The world is full of people—the way you connect to them will determine how well they like you, and how much they are willing to help you. Connect, and be relatable.

https://youtu.be/9AJmuGxgrAk

When you relate well to others, they will allow you to lead them, to influence them and to have an impact on them. Start with relationships—love those you lead—and end up as a better leader.

Galatians 2:21 (MSG) Is it not clear to you that to go back to that old rule-keeping, peer-pleasing religion would be an abandonment of everything personal and free in my relationship with God? Galatians 1:10 ESV For am I now seeking the approval of man, or of God? Or am I trying to please man? If I were still trying to please man, I would not be a servant of Christ.
Ephesians 5:22-33 ESV Wives, submit to your own husbands, as to the Lord. For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church, his body, and is himself its Savior. Now as the church submits to Christ, so also wives should submit in everything to their husbands.
