Do What Is Best For Others = In his book, The 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership, John Maxwell discusses the Law of Intuition, which says that leaders evaluate everything with a leadership bias. Their intuition follows their giftedness. As you use your intuition to help and add value to the people you lead, always remember to serve and respect them. Do what’s best for the people you lead.
