A Non-Sexy Word That Leads to Greatness
“Consistent” is often a cringe-worthy word. But no matter what it is you are doing and how good you are at doing it, you will never be successful if you are not consistent at it.

True Power is the Relinquishing of Power
https://youtu.be/GlZmfzNwCrw
Relinquish Your Power = George Washington relinquished his power when he decided not to be king. He wasn’t willing to allow power to corrupt his character. Great leaders leverage their power for the sake of others, and at some point, they relinquish their power.
As a customer, you can leverage your power by thanking those who serve you. By doing this, you relinquish your power for the good of others through encouragement. You become a powerful voice in another’s life. As a leader, look for ways to relinquish and release your power for the sake of those around you.

Words are an essential part of communication and leadership. This video will help you gain insight on a different word every single day, add value and make a difference in your life.

Difficult Now is Better Than Difficult Later | MWM
Have The Courage To Do Hard Things = Most leadership breakdowns aren't about processes, they are about people. Leaders must have hard conversations with people now to avoid breakdowns later. By having the courage to do the hard work up front, it is easier later on.

The Triumph Over Fear - People don't follow titles, they follow courage. No matter what the outcome, unknown, or fear, you do it courageously. Take action, today!

What Change is Born From
https://youtu.be/Qh04oZUuNSo
Have Hope For Change = John Maxwell begins his book, Change Your World, with the statement, “Hope has two daughters, anger and courage.” Anger at how things currently are, and courage to go make a difference. That is how we can change our world.
We need to be angry about the unfair, injustices of the world. The things that won’t improve unless we are angry enough to do something about them. We need courage to stand up, declare that we want to make a difference, and do something about the issues.
It is important to understand that before we can change our world, we have to change ourselves. Transformation doesn’t begin with others, it begins with yourself. The moment we make good decisions, embrace good values, and do our part to make a difference, we are able to help others make a difference also.
