Help Carry Someone Else’s Load | MWM
Relate With Others = Empathy is figuring out a way to understand what another person is feeling, and it allows you to know what it is like to walk in their shoes. When you have empathy you can see into the soul of another’s struggle and relate with them. Be an empathetic leader, help the people around you carry their load.

EMPATHY
Listen To The Heart Of Others = Empathy is a precursor to any good exchange with another person. When we empathize with others, we are feeling with them. It is different from sympathy where you just feel bad for another person. Just as doctors listen and diagnose before they prescribe, leaders need to listen and empathize before they lead.
