Listen To Broaden Your Perspective = Listen daily to broaden your perspective. You don't grow by talking, but instead by listening. It's important as a leader to see things through the eyes of others. This growth happens by listening to others and asking good questions, through hearing others talk about the things you need learn as you continue your growth journey.

Listen and Understand = People need to be understood. There is nothing that makes someone feel understood like another person quietly listening to them. Listen to people, don't talk and interrupt them—let others speak and be heard. If you want to feel understood and known, find someone to listen to you.



Less Direction and More Connection = Are the people around you silent? It may very well be because you are not listening to what they have to say. When you are listening, you are the silent one—you are asking questions, but then you are quiet awaiting an answer. And it is then that you will discover how much those around you have to say, to contribute. You just need to hear them out!
