Learners And Teachers = Meet John C. Maxwell’s friend, Tim Elmore—a TEDx speaker, thought leader, and author—as he speaks on diversity, this week on Minute with Maxwell.
Generational diversity is very present in today’s workforce. Like other types of diversity, it can make teams better as different people bring different skills to the table. Everyone is a learner and a teacher.
Build Bridges Across Differences = Inclusive Leadership is the beacon guiding organizations toward a future where diversity isn’t only celebrated but woven into the fabric of success.Inclusive leaders recognize the power of diversity and harness it to drive innovation. They create environments where every voice is heard and every perspective is valued. Commit to empathy and openness, and challenge your own biases. Lead with an inclusive mindset. #Inclusive #Bridge
In this episode of the Maxwell Leadership Executive Podcast, we discuss how to increase personal productivity and the five essential decisions leaders need to make in order to boost their efficiency and achieve remarkable results.
Inclusive Organizations with Exclusive Values Make the Greatest Impact
Welcome Diverse Thoughts And Perspectives = We are divided as a population. Inclusivity is all about welcoming and including other perspectives, backgrounds, ethnicities, genders, and income levels. When an organization has a more inclusive group of varied perspectives, the organization is better and makes better decisions.
It is also important to be exclusive based on values. So, figure out your values—be exclusive based on values—but be inclusive in every other area! Welcome a diversity of thought and perspective into your life, so you can be your very best self.
1 Peter 4:10Just as each one of you has received a special gift [a spiritual talent, an ability graciously given by God], employ it in serving one another as [is appropriate for] good stewards of God’s multi-faceted grace [faithfully using the diverse, varied gifts and abilities granted to Christians by God’s unmerited favor].

1 Corinthians 12:12-30 ESV For just as the body is one and has many members, and all the members of the body, though many, are one body, so it is with Christ. For in one Spirit we were all baptized into one body—Jews or Greeks, slaves or free—and all were made to drink of one Spirit. For the body does not consist of one member but of many. If the foot should say, “Because I am not a hand, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. And if the ear should say, “Because I am not an eye, I do not belong to the body,” that would not make it any less a part of the body. ...
Don’t Let Fear Stop Your Growth = Fear can stop people from growing, but fear is not a reflection of reality or potential. What is real, the danger or the fear? Fear is a story we tell ourselves. We give it the meaning. Don’t allow fear to stop you from moving forward. Just because something feels wrong or gives you fear, doesn’t mean you can’t learn and grow.
Stretch Outside Of Your Comfort Zone = "Fearless" is a myth. Instead, aim to be brave. People who succeed at the highest levels have the same amount of fear as everyone else, but they have learned to be courageous in the face of fear. Stretch out of your comfort zone and aim to be brave!
Starve your Fear = What we focus on, expands. Don't focus on fear, diminish it and put faith and positive emotions ahead of you. Remember, fear is temporary but not taking the chance, or not trying something new will live with you forever.

And such were some of you. But you were washed, you were sanctified, you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ and by the Spirit of our God.
Proverbs 23:29-35 ESV Who has woe? Who has sorrow? Who has strife? Who has complaining? Who has wounds without cause? Who has redness of eyes? Daniel Webster, on June 17, 1843, at the Bunker Hill Monument in Charleston, Massachusetts, spoke these stirring words about our forefathers' reverence for the Bible: The Bible came with them. And it is not to be doubted, that to free and universal reading of the Bible, in that age, men were much indebted for right views of civil liberty. The Bible is a book of faith, and a book of doctrine, and a book of morals, and a book of religion, of special revelation from God; but it is also a book which teaches man his own individual responsibility, his own dignity, and his equality with his fellow-man.
