The Freedom Myth of Leadership = As leaders, we often think that when we get to the top we’ll no longer be limited and have more freedom, but that isn't the case. When you do actually get to the top, your responsibility increases, and your freedoms decrease. Once you get to that desired position you learn that you are no longer responsible for just yourself, but are also responsible for others and their actions. When you get to the top the freedom is not there, but your fulfillment is.

Freedom Gives Us Options = When we have freedom and options in our lives, it allows us to be the best we can be … to develop, grow, learn, and be better. People who reach their potential are a product of the freedom and options they have in their life. Freedom reminds us of the price that has been paid in our country, but also of the privileges and options we have.
