There is no peace among equals because equality doesn't exist in this universe. Either one prevails and the other follows, or both negotiate their differences and create a greater partnership.
Partnership is not a posture but a process-a continuous process that grows stronger each year as we devote ourselves to common tasks. --John F. Kennedy
Appreciate The Power Of Partnership = Partnerships, or work connections, can be rewarding and humbling. True partnership is one of the greatest gifts one could give you. Pause today, and appreciate the power and honor of the partnerships you have in your life. Great partners are hard to find, so when you do find one, express your gratitude.

Can You Partner With Someone Who Disagrees With You? | MWM
Don’t Attach A Person’s Ideas To Their Motives = Great leaders are able to partner with people they disagree with. Disagreeing with someone is not the same as someone having a disagreeable character. There is a significant difference between believing the other side’s ideas are wrong and believing the other side’s motives are wrong. Disagreeing in a partnership is not a problem, but can be a strength if you learn how to work together. Leveraging differences as strengths in a partnership can strengthen you, your team, and your perspective.
We Need Each Other = The best way to maximize positive outcomes is to partner with others. Improvement is limited without partnership. Sharing influence and networking with others opens a whole new world to everyone involved. One is too small of a number to achieve greatness, it takes a partnership.
Partnerships are a great way for leaders to expand beyond their own limitations. When you partner with someone, you acquire their potential in addition to your own. Together, you have the ability to conquer new ground and increase your influence.
Building alliances is paramount to accomplishing much—working well together to increase effectiveness and return. If you have small goals and want to accomplish very little, go it alone. But if your dream is big and you want your influence to reach far, you’re going to need more than a one-man or woman crew. Come together to make great, world-changing things happen!
P`ARTNERSHIP, n. The association of two or more persons for the purpose of undertaking and prosecuting any business, particularly trade or manufactures, at their joint expense. In this case, the connection is formed by contract; each partner furnishing a part of the capital stock and being entitled to a proportional share of profit, or subject to a proportional share of loss; or one or more of the partners may furnish money or stock, and the other or others contribute their services. The duration of the partnership may be limited by the contract, or it may be left indefinite, subject to be dissolved by mutual agreement. A partnership or association of this kind is a standing or permanent company, and is denominated a firm or house. We say, A and B entered into partnership for the importation and sale of goods, or for manufacturing cotton or glass.
Partnerships may be and usually are associations of private persons, not incorporated. In other cases, the company is incorporated. Banking companies in the United States are usually incorporated, and are essentially partnerships, but do not bear that name. Manufacturing companies are also frequently incorporated.
Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 (NLT) Two people are better off than one, for they can help each other succeed. If one person falls, the other can reach out and help. But someone who falls alone is in real trouble. Likewise, two people lying close together can keep each other warm. But how can one be warm alone? A person standing alone can be attacked and defeated, but two can stand back-to-back and conquer. Three are even better, for a triple-braided cord is not easily broken.

Let me tell you the secret that has led me to my goal: my strength lies solely in my tenacity. --LOUIS PASTEUR
I think you grow wherever God plants you. I hope I'm growing as a person of faith, as a Christian. That should be our number one objective this journey of life. That all starts with a personal intimate relationship with Christ and then being in prayer every single day about all of those things, being tenacious about it.

Being tough doesn't mean being nasty, difficult, or unreasonable. It means being tenacious and refusing to give in or give up.
Believe There Is Always An Answer = The fifth principle of problem solving is believing that there is always an answer. If you don’t believe there is an answer to a problem you have, it can cause you to lose focus. You may ignore or run from your problem. When you focus on the answer and not the problem, it helps you develop a tenacious spirit to stay with the problem longer, looking for the answer. With this focus the problem will eventually go away. Don’t be overwhelmed by your problems, be grateful there are answers, and anticipate finding those answers. It will make you a better person. #Tenacious #Tenacity
Go Be Tenacious = Leaders know how to be tenacious so that they can get done what needs to get done. What could you improve, if you became more tenacious? What is lagging in your leadership that needs tenacity? Use tenacity to accomplish the things you are committed to! Tenacity is a leader’s best friend.
Keep Falling Forward = One of the 10 questions that John Maxwell discusses in his book, Put Your Dream To The Test, focuses on tenacity… Are you moving closer to your dream? Are you closer to your dreams today than you were yesterday?

The husband should give to his wife her conjugal rights, and likewise the wife to her husband. For the wife does not have authority over her own body, but the husband does. Likewise the husband does not have authority over his own body, but the wife does. Do not deprive one another, except perhaps by agreement for a limited time, that you may devote yourselves to prayer; but then come together again, so that Satan may not tempt you because of your lack of self-control. ...

Collaboration, n.: A literary partnership based on the false assumption that the other fellow can spell.
Invite Others Into Your Journey = Those who collaborate understand that the key to greatness is in the people around them. Greatness comes from engaging with others and inviting them into your journey. The people that surround you, who have joined you in that journey, allow you to be bigger and accomplish greater things.
Together We Can Achieve Anything = Collaboration is the secret to transforming a mere organization into a dynamic ecosystem of innovation and success. It allows the whole to be greater than the sum of its parts—talent, ideas, and expertise coming together to achieve shared goals. Collaboration is more than just working together … It is about building relationships based on trust and respect. Together we can achieve anything.
Some of Your Greatest Thinking Has Been Done by Others
Ask For Help From Others = It is all about collaboration. John Maxwell says that most of his great thinking is done by others. Take the subject that you want to write about—think it through and write it down—then invite others around the table and ask them to help you. They will ALWAYS make it better.
Shared Thinking Leads To Better Ideas = Collaboration makes a difference. People who participate in shared thinking and collaboration come up with better thoughts and ideas together than those who only rely on their own thinking. That is the power of shared and sustained thinking.
No Matter the Thought, Collaboration Makes it Better | MWM
Don't Be a Lone Ranger= Think about all that we can do on our own, now imagine you have other like-minded individuals that can enhance your thinking and abilities. As John says, when you collaborate you go further and faster than doing it alone. Together, we can achieve so many things!
Everything expands when you collaborate = Everything expands when you collaborate. It gets bigger. It gets better. And it comes quicker. When you collaborate, you go farther and you go faster than trying to do it by yourself.
Are you simply cooperating with people to achieve greatness or collaborating with them? If you are striving for excellence and higher-level thinking, collaboration is the way to go. The difference—cooperation is working well together while collaboration is “wanting” to work together. In the great words of John, "to collaborative team members, completing one another is more important than competing with one another."
Cooperation is great. But if you are striving for excellence and higher-level thinking, planning, creating and success, collaboration is the way to go. The difference—cooperation is working well together while collaboration is “wanting” to work together. When you want to work with others, you are learning, engaging in creativity and making synergy, combining good ideas to generate great ideas, and valuing others. In other words, you are making yourself better!
When you look at the people who surround you, do they help motivate you to be more? Keep people in your life who add value to you and make you a better person. Remember this, together we can achieve more, we were born to help one another!

When you build relationships, you get to share your beliefs. It gives you the opportunity to share your faith with other people. --Andy Pettitte
I believe in having a more open mind and including others who don't share your faith and having a dialogue with them. And just having a pure heart and being a good person can bring you closer to God. Because once you believe in one particular religion fully and not others, that requires you to start disliking people who don't share your views. --Ishmael Beah
To me, the model example of how to share your faith is Jesus with the woman at the well in John 4. He was patient with her. He took time for her. To some degree, she was kind of disrespectful to Him at first, initially kind of blowing off what he said and blowing off what he was saying to her. But then, as it continued on, she began to understand and ultimately believed. --Greg Laurie
You begin saving the world by saving one man at a time; all else is grandiose romanticism or politics. --CHARLES BUKOWSKI
Share Your Faith Positively = Share your faith in a positive way with other people. Every person is created by God, and they intuitively want to know God. When they don't know God, it is because they have the wrong picture, so when you share your faith, share it in a positive way. https://youtu.be/PKi8iELCMSI
God Comes First = If you put God first, then you find that all the other things you need in life, you get. If you put everything else first, you will leave out of your life the most important relationship you'll ever have. If you put God and His kingdom first, then He will take care of all the others things in your life.
1 Corinthians 1:17 For Christ did not send me [as an apostle] to baptize, but [commissioned and empowered me] to preach the good news [of salvation]—not with clever and eloquent speech [as an orator], so that the cross of Christ would not be made ineffective [deprived of its saving power].

Romans 10:10-17 ESV For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved. For the Scripture says, “Everyone who believes in him will not be put to shame.” For there is no distinction between Jew and Greek; for the same Lord is Lord of all, bestowing his riches on all who call on him. For “everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” How then will they call on him in whom they have not believed? And how are they to believe in him of whom they have never heard? And how are they to hear without someone preaching? ...
