Finding ‘Meaning’ with Tim Tebow
People are often quick to settle for those things that are tangible—the quick fixes, the instant satisfiers. But when you do this, you will find rather quickly that you aren’t content. You will miss out on those things that bring meaning to your life—those things that fulfill and have purpose. And while those meaningful things in life might require some extra “reach,” it’s definitely worth the stretch.

Are Your People Settled?
https://youtu.be/Jcgo8kREF8o
Seeing different perspectives is often one of the first steps toward solving complex cultural problems that impact multiple parts of a business or team.
When a leader does not recognize and work well with differences, they will risk people on the team deciding it is just safer to be like the leader. This leader loses all the advantages of having a diverse team.

Go Beyond Average = Adequate means to be average or lukewarm. Are you settling to be adequate? You were not born and created to be adequate. You were born to be exceptional.

Give Just a Little Extra Today
Commit To Rising Above = No one wants to be average—stuck in the middle. View being average as something to conquer and rise above. Today, if you consider yourself average, do something above average. Wherever you are in life, increase the positives of who you are by doing a little extra.

Go Beyond Adequate, Be Exceptional = The word adequate is often paired with average, and people often decide to be adequate in life. So many people settle for adequate, and learn to exist with this state. We were not born and created to be adequate, we were born to be exceptional. Go beyond adequate, it is a better way to live.

No Risk, No Reward | MWM
What Risk Are You Afraid To Take? = What risk are you afraid to take today? Don't wait for approval, the right credentials, or even the right expertise, bet on yourself and your ideas. Don't fail to succeed because you fail to try.

Just go over the fence
You won't take a big risk if you haven't taken several small risks.
Just go over the fence, but don't make it a six-foot-high fence. Make it a shrub that you can step over. In other words, you have to start small and then realize what you do when you start taking a risk, even if you don't hit it, you realize it's not the end of the world.

Living on the Edge -- In order to advance in life, you must take that risk. It doesn't mean every outcome will be perfect, however, you won't know until you try. Take a chance, lead with intention, and simply take the risk!

When You’re Expanding, Keep Expanding
If you can afford to stop expanding, that’s the time to keep expanding. Don’t settle for “good enough.” When you flatline simply because you’re comfortable, you are leaving your best potential untapped. Expand beyond “good enough.” If you think you’ve done enough—as long as the momentum is there—do more.

Want To Expand? Start Here
There's only one place where true and meaningful expansion originates from. Watch this session to find out.

Expanding Beyond Your Awareness
There are three things that need to happen to become a no-limit person:
1. Awareness
2. Giftedness
3. Choices
However, most people are unaware that you need to know yourself to grow yourself.

The Only Way To Continue (and Expand) What You're Doing
There's only one way to continue and expand what you're currently doing, and that is through training others.

You’re Only as Good as Your Last Effort
Whatever you do today, determines your success for tomorrow. If you do not give your best each and every day, on each and every project, to each and every effort, people will question your value the next go-around. To the world, you’re only as good as what you put forth before—what you left people with, a visual, a feeling, an accomplishment, or contrarily, a failure. This doesn’t mean you won’t mess up. But always make sure you’re giving your best.

Motivation: How Leaders Inspire Effort
As a leader yourself, you may know how difficult it can be to lead an unmotivated team, and how fulfilling it can be to lead a passionate team. So, how does a leader like yourself motivate the people you lead to create powerful, positive impact?
Today, John Maxwell will teach you about motivation and the 4 P’s that inspire effort in your team. After John’s lesson, Mark Cole and Traci Morrow––the master of motivation herself––will dive into John’s lesson and offer practical, intentional ways you can apply these principles to your life.
