Fix Your Mind on Your Goal | MWM
https://youtu.be/FZEFFQ1QnywFocus On Your Target = The moment you begin to focus on what you want to accomplish, you will receive the energy required to accomplish it. A distracted person lacks energy. When you set your mind to something you desire to accomplish—with concentration and focus—it will energize you. Focus on your target, and you will be filled with energy to accomplish your goals.
You Can’t Be Known For Everything, But You Must Be Known For Something
Narrow Your Focus = What do you want to be known for? You can’t be known for everything, but you do need to be known for something. Think about your gifts, strengths, and background … What are the few things you can focus on in your leadership and organization? Focus on what you want to be known for and what you can add value to, and you will experience momentum as a leader.
Focus On What's Important = What you focus on expands. If something is important to you, write it down. Put before you what you want to expand, and put behind you what you want to shrink—stay focused on what you want in life.
Focus On The Customer = Where is the spotlight of your organization shining the brightest? Oftentimes, organizations have an internal focus, shining their “brightest spotlight” on the issues and day-to-day processes of the business.
Conversely, thriving organizations have their spotlight shining the brightest on their customers. They focus on the customers’ problems and how their offerings solve those problems. With this external focus, organizations can gain momentum and become more effective. How can your organization serve the customer better?
