Today’s Work is Tomorrow’s Success | MWM
https://youtu.be/88nAHom-BH4
Success Is A Journey = Graduation signifies that you have accomplished something, but you don’t become successful the day you graduate. You became successful the day you decided to go to school, take the course, pursue the goal. Success is a continual journey that shows up at graduation. Success is not the same as recognition of success. When we graduate we are being recognized for what we did right, yesterday.

PRU'DENCE, n. [L. prudentia.] Wisdom applied to practice.
Prudence implies caution in deliberating and consulting on the most suitable means to accomplish valuable purposes, and the exercise of sagacity in discerning and selecting them. Prudence differs from wisdom in this, that prudence implies more caution and reserve than wisdom, or is exercised more in foreseeing and avoiding evil, than in devising and executing that which is good. It is sometimes mere caution or circumspection.
Prudence is principally in reference to actions to be done, and due means, order, season and method of doing or not doing.

Scriptures
Proverbs 1:4 for giving prudence to those who are simple, knowledge and discretion to the young—
Proverbs 8:12 “I, wisdom, dwell together with prudence; I possess knowledge and discretion.
Proverbs 8:12 (NET) “I, wisdom, live with prudence, and I find knowledge and discretion.

Proverbs 8:5 (NET) You who are naive, discern wisdom! And you fools, understand discernment!
Daniel 2:14 Then Daniel replied with prudence and discretion to Arioch, the captain of the king’s guard, who had gone out to kill the wise men of Babylon.
Proverbs 3:21 My child, may they not escape from your {sight}; may you keep sound wisdom and prudence.
Proverbs 27:12 ESV The prudent sees danger and hides himself, but the simple go on and suffer for it.
Proverbs 13:16 ESV Every prudent man acts with knowledge, but a fool flaunts his folly.

Insight is the Doorway to Change | MWM
Engage In The Process = Insight is not change. Having insight is potentially the beginning of change. Understanding and acting on that understanding are two different things. Change doesn’t take place in a day. It takes place day by day, through a process. We have to engage in a process where we act on our insights to see change.

Insight is not Borrowed; it’s Believed
It Gives You Credibility = You have insight inside. It means you live it, you aren’t just observing from the outside. You gain Insight from living and experiencing. It gives you credibility.

So often we ponder the what if’s in our lives, and we fail to focus on the what have’s. For instance, you can ask, “What if I had done this differently?” or you can reflect, asking, “What have I learned?” Everyone makes mistakes. But rather than mourning what you have seemingly lost—and the resounding adversity and failure—you can celebrate what you have gained, in insight, wisdom and character. Don’t waste time wishing for a do-over; you don’t need to start over. Instead, start now!

If things didn’t work out the first time, there was likely a reason why. And, if you don’t take the time to learn “the why,” improve and start over differently, then you are inevitably going to repeat the same mistakes. So, before you decide to start over, ask yourself these questions: What did you learn, and where and in what ways are you going to improve?

English novelist Phyllis Dorothy James, writing as P.D. James, introduced Scotland Yard detective Adam Dalgliesh in her 1962 debut novel “Cover Her Face.” This insightful observation by a secondary character comes at the end of “The Private Patient,” the 14th and final novel in James’ popular series, published nearly half a century later in 2008. The full quote notes that it takes wisdom to determine what you want, “and then to direct all your energies towards getting it.” James could very well have been reflecting on her own lengthy career as a successful novelist when she penned this scene, which offers the reminder that achieving a happy life requires both thoughtful contemplation and focused, sustained action.

Desire is everything—it can literally overcome any circumstance, obstacle or hindrance in your way. People with desire—with passion—have already succeeded before they even begin—because they never considered that their dream, no matter its magnitude, cannot be accomplished

The In-Built Need We All Have | MWM
Listening Is The Key To Connecting = Listening is a powerful tool for effective communication, but it's more challenging than it seems. Everyone has a deep need to feel seen, heard, and understood. To truly connect with others, it's not enough to just listen—you must also show that you're genuinely engaged and attentive.

The Key to True Connection | MWM
Listen With An Open Heart = The key to connecting with people is to be a good listener. If you truly listen, you will win their heart. Listening will create a connection in your relationships that makes a difference. When you listen with an open heart, you are showing people that you truly care.

See Through the Eyes of Others | MWM
Ask Good Questions = The second growth practice is to listen daily to broaden your perspective. It is important for leaders to see through the eyes of other people. Ask your team questions and listen! You don’t learn by talking, only by listening and then asking good questions.
#listen

Listen To Broaden Your Perspective = Listen daily to broaden your perspective. You don't grow by talking, but instead by listening. It's important as a leader to see things through the eyes of others. This growth happens by listening to others and asking good questions, through hearing others talk about the things you need learn as you continue your growth journey.

Listen and Understand = People need to be understood. There is nothing that makes someone feel understood like another person quietly listening to them. Listen to people, don't talk and interrupt them—let others speak and be heard. If you want to feel understood and known, find someone to listen to you.

Less Direction and More Connection = Are the people around you silent? It may very well be because you are not listening to what they have to say. When you are listening, you are the silent one—you are asking questions, but then you are quiet awaiting an answer. And it is then that you will discover how much those around you have to say, to contribute. You just need to hear them out!
